Nice to see a mention of one of my all-time faves (and a big influence on my work), Richard Matheson. Along with people like Charles Beaumont and Jerome Bixby, Matheson’s stripped down approach to horror revitalized the genre in the 1950’s and 60’s. I’ve got the SHOCK collections and various other books by Matheson–he can always be relied on to deliver the goods. Good posts here…I see a lot of familiar names on your site (I think we’ve got similar taste)…
